Private (the series) by Kate Brian

Hi:

So here's a book I was totally sucked in to. It's called Private by Kate Brian. It's a series which is great too! You can just keep on reading, and reading, and reading! It's a combo of all of our fave traits in a book: mystery (murder in this case), suspense, hot guys, cliques, and, of course, the new outsider: Reed Brennan. In the first book Reed is just trying to fit in (a scenario that most of us might be able to empathize for), she was always an outsider. She made it into the prestigious Easton Academy: the ultimate school, complete with: exclusive dorms/cliques (Billings), hot boys, rich kids. Reed tries to fit in with the Billings girls, who have the nicest dorm, the hottest boyfriends, and the Noelle Lange. Noelle Lange is the girl to be with. The ultimate package, complete with connections and Noelle can either make or break a rep. Reed manages to attract the attention of a mysterious, yet handsome, boy: Thomas Pearson. But at Easton no one is what they seem to be. Who's Ariana Osgood, besides being Noelle's second in command? What happens when Noelle gets the 411 that Reed saw them preforming a ritual for Billings girls....only? Will Noelle come around and invite her to Billings, or is Reed's rep ruined? What about when someone gets murdered? Find out who gets murdered. It'll surprise you....trust me. Anyway, this series is like The Clique and Pretty Little Liars (another one of my faves!) all meshed into one.The final Private novel (tear) is coming out in September 2011! Here's a list of the books so far in the series (in order): Private, Invitation Only, Confessions, Inner Circle, Legacy, Ambition, Revelation, Paradise Lost, Suspicion, Scandal, Vanished, Ominous, and Vengeance (Coming out in Sep. 2011).
Read them all! Even the titles sound juicy. Oh, and don't forget to read the spin-offs: the Privilege series. Don't forget the prequels either: Last Christmas, and The Book of Spells.
